When life hands Pam Stallings a curve, she makes tacos. She is the operator of two Salsarita’s locations, and has never closed during the pandemic, even while business has fallen off dramatically and the struggle to find and keep employees is real. Stallings’ business caters to health care workers, literally, and is very involved in fund-raising efforts here.
