Interested candidates are asked to bring a resume for the on-site interview and be available to start work early February. “We take pride in investing in our employees,” said FCHG partner Brett Davis. “In a city with a food scene growing at a rapid pace it can be hard to find qualified applicants. We’re willing to hire eager and motivated people with no experience to train and bring into the FCHG family. They will not only receive benefits, but the opportunity to grow with our company scheduled to open three restaurants this year.”

Construction continues on the South of the Border concept located at the foot of the Big Four Bridge in Waterfront Park. The 10,000 square foot restaurant includes two levels, indoor and outdoor dining as well as rooms for private events. It will be open for lunch, dinner and brunch.
