Start the New Year right with Breakfast of Champions on January 8. Andy Blieden, affectionately known as the Mayor of Butchertown, will give us an entertaining and exciting update of the goings-on in one of the city’s most exciting neighborhoods.
Find out what’s new, what’s coming, and what’s driving Butchertown’s impressive and eclectic resurgence. There is much to talk about, from fantastic new restaurants, shops and other businesses to major projects including the Waterfront Botanical Gardens and the Louisville City FC soccer stadium!

Andy Blieden is the key executive of Butchertown Market. He is a preservationist, an innovator, a booster of entrepreneurs, a neighborhood advocate, and an all-around “make it happen” kind of guy. He’s been in the real estate business since he was first licensed in 1980. Andy has a passion for finding buildings in great locations that are in gross disrepair and bringing them back to their original splendor. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his preservation work and has been singled out by the city as one of the top innovators for Adaptive Reuse of Real Estate.

Come hear from Andy while mixing and mingling with other local movers and shakers. It will be a great morning!
