The fourth area location of Con Huevos opened this week at 2125 S. Hurstbourne Parkway, with a fifth coming soon. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

When it comes to international cuisine, both language and custom can be confusing– especially when you’re hungry. But sometimes there’s a happy moment of clarity. The good news for those of us who are mostly monolingual but have global appetites is that these days, if you crave an international breakfast experience, you only need to know two Spanish words: con and huevos.
Or as we say in English: “with eggs.”
Speaking locally, morning egg accompaniments are synonymous with Con Huevos, an eatery billing itself quite accurately as “A Louisville Brunch Original, Straight Outta Guadalajara.”
