Reporting at Louisville Business First, Michael L. Jones finds a Craft House Pizza franchisee’s second location in the works (ETA: Thanksgiving) at the Middletown Landing apartments on the east side of I-265, a stone’s throw from Middletown.
Pizza Pair LLC, the franchisee, recently opened its first Craft House Pizza in Radcliff. This makes nine altogether, including six others within our metro Louisville coverage area (and a company store in Lawrenceburg).
Craft House Pizza to open ninth location in Middletown
Craft House Pizza will open a restaurant at 700 Landis Ridge Drive in November. The more than 6,000-square-foot space inside the Middletown Landing apartment complex was previously occupied by The Goat Middletown, an elevated pub that closed in 2023.
The new restaurant will be the second Craft House franchise location from Pizza Pair LLC, which is owned by Nicole Allender and Thad Vincent, two longtime Craft House executives who became franchisees in December. Pizza Pair opened its first Craft House restaurant at 153 E. Lincoln Trail Blvd. in Radcliff, Kentucky, in January.
