Craft House Pizza: new shop on Shelby, and a profile in our Summer issue

Today’s special is a two-for-one: pizza and beer.

  1. Craft House Pizza’s new location at 1500 S. Shelby St. in the Meriwether neighborhood is open for business.
  2. Food & Dining Magazine’s cover story in the current Summer 2024 issue is my profile of Craft House Pizza, sister business Hometown Brewing, and their owner Tom Brown, featuring stellar photography from the award-winning Dan Dry.

Given my own pedigree in pizzas and beer, it was an absolute blast to finally meet Tom and write this story, which you can read online at issuu (above).

Craft House Pizza opens seventh location near Shelby Park

A locally owned pizza and brewery chain opened its seventh location this week in a former Magtag repair shop near the Shelby Park and Schnitzelburg neighborhoods.
