Did I miss Thunder for this?

Okay, so yesterday was a beautiful day for Thunder–I know, because the skies were never the bluer, the waterfront never more green.  At least that’s how it looked on my LCD.  The view from my living room was tremendous!

Truthfully, I would I have loved to have gone to Thunder, but I had my hands full with work.  And I don’t mind one bit, because the results were fantastic.

For the past year, almost every post I’ve contributed to this blog has been about other people’s books.  Louisville, Kentucky and its surrounding area are brimming with talented writers, and it has been a wonderful way for me to network with so many of them.  Singing the praises of other people’s novels has forced me to look at their respective career trajectories with a journalist’s eye, studying their choices and often keeping in touch afterwards to see how things are going.

This weekend I have a happy announcement of my own.  I’m having a Big Spring Sale on my novels, and woke up this morning to find my greatest hit, Troll Or Derby, #2 in Amazon’s Dark Fantasy chart, and #8 on Apple’s iTunes store for Paranormal novels.  w00t!

I’m not going to interview myself “Local Author Spotlight” style, but if you want to know more, just click the graphic that’s as bright and beautiful as yesterday’s airshow weather, would you?  Support the gal who supports our local author community and buy a critically acclaimed novel for a mere $.99.  Heck, buy two (my first novel is on sale, as well).  You can also gift copies to friends.  Normal price is $4.99, and the sale is on through the 22nd.  Sale prices are good on all the ebook platforms: Nook, iTunes, Kobo, Kindle, Smashwords…am I forgetting anybody?

Big Spring Sale on Red Tash Books

Have an awesome weekend, friends and neighbors.  Now I’m off to make the celebratory waffles, because don’t you know?  Just like hit novels, these things don’t make themselves.

Happy Spring!
