Here’s a new feature at LouisvilleKY.com — it’s a photo blog of changing places in our city. A tipster sent us these shots of construction on Bardstown Road in the Highlands. Neither the Dunkin’ Donuts at Mid-City Mall or the nail shop down the street is enhancing the look of the corridor, if you ask me.
