An exciting new concept coming to Fourth Street Live! will feature New York style thin-crust pizza and a variety of arcade games.
Pizza Bar will take the place of Birracibo at the downtown entertainment complex, and is a mutual investment by Cordish Companies and local business leader Ulysses “Junior” Bridgeman.
“Pizza Bar is a proven success and given the tremendous momentum of downtown Louisville, the best concept to maximize the terrifi c potential with Fourth Street Live!,” said Bridgeman, President and CEO of Manna, Inc.
When it opens later this summer, the 120-seat operation will offer fast and affordable lunch and dinner options, and guests can play a variety of entertainment and arcade games. It will be open seven days a week, beginning at 11 a.m., and will stay open until 4 a.m. on weekends.
“Pizza Bar will be a welcoming place for guests to unwind with friends and family over fresh pizza and great entertainment,” said Bill Stenzhorn, Chief Operating Officer of Fourth Street Live!. “The restaurant was designed to offer a relaxed atmosphere with great lunch, dinner and late night options.”
