Give A Small Business In Louisville Your Business This Week

Louisville, KY – This is the U.S. Small Business Administration’s National Small Business Week, which recognizes the critical contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners. More than half of Americans either own or work for a small business, and they create about two out of every three new jobs in the U.S. each year.
“Small businesses are a powerful part of our regional economy,” said GLI President and CEO Kent Oyler. “They employ well over half the private sector workers in the Greater Louisville region and represent upwards of 80% of net job creation in the region. It should be noted that many small businesses aren’t so small anymore, having grown to 500 or more employees.”
