There has been a degree of food service turnover in Norton Commons during the past few years, so it’s worth noting that Gustavo Reyes needs more space — as Michael L. Jones explains at Louisville Business First.
Gustavo’s Mexican Grill relocates within Norton Commons
“The reason we moved is that we had a small location, only 20 tables. We could only seat 80 people,” Reyes said. “It had a nice patio for the summer, but in the winter, we didn’t have the room we needed. My dream was to do something different with three floors, so we could have a lounge area.”
