Jaggers Restaurants: Louisville’s homegrown Texas Roadhouse chain created this fast-casual, made-to-order restaurant offshoot, offering hand-breaded chicken sandwiches and tenders, burgers and sandwiches, fresh salads and scratch-made dressings, shakes and sweets.
According to WDRB, there’ll be yet another Jaggers soon: “It’ll be located south of the Gene Snyder at the site of the old Rite Aid property in front of the Glenmary neighborhood,” in Fern Creek.

There is no announced timeline for Crazy Good Cheeseburgers or Fiesta Taco Salad at this Jaggers location, which appears to be new construction.
