Potential partnership could create a five-state, $310 million non-profit organization serving more than 150,000 people

LOUISVILLE, Ky. and NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Centerstone and Seven Counties, two leading behavioral healthcare organizations, have signed a letter of intent to pursue an affiliation. It would employ more than 4,500 people and serve an estimated 150,000 individuals of all ages.

“The healthcare field is changing rapidly,” said Anthony “Tony” Zipple, Sc.D., president and CEO of Seven Counties. “Seven Counties has made great strides in creating a pioneering service delivery model for individuals with a range of mental health and addiction concerns as well as those with developmental or intellectual disabilities. As part of Centerstone, we have an opportunity to take our organization and what we’ve developed to the next level, further strengthening the care we provide locally and making a greater impact on behavioral healthcare nationwide.”
