IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All Kentucky native trees
- Trees awarded on “First Come” basis
- Limit of 5 trees per Louisville resident
- Must be a Jefferson County Resident with proof of residency (drivers license or utility bill)
- Trees cannot be planted in street right of ways, parks, or container
- Trees must be planted in Jefferson County•Species fact sheet, planting and maintenance instructions provided
