OLÉ HOSPITALITY GROUP TEASING NEW STEAK & BOURBON CONCEPT WITH DERBY WEEK POP-UP

LOUISVILLE, KY—Olé Hospitality Group, the creative force behind Mussel & Burger Bar, Artesano Vino Tapas y Mas, Taco Luchador, Guaca Mole Cocina Mexicana announced today a special Derby week Pop-up to whet Louisville’s appetite for their long-anticipated new concept, Steak & Bourbon: An American Grill. April 30 – May 4, Olé will be serving up Steak & Bourbon’s menu at Artesano Vino Tapas y Mas in Wesport Village at 1321 Herr Ln #130.
“We are offering very limited reservations as something fun to celebrate the best week of the year,” said Olé co-founder, Chef Fernando Martinez. “We will be opening Steak & Bourbon at a location in Louisville’s East End in late May, so this is a great preview of our take on classic American steakhouse.”
The signature dish is the 24 oz. Cowboy Cut Ribeye of certified Angus aged a minimum of 30 days from Sherwood Farms and the house-cut Tallow Fries.
Other favorites include the center cut filet, pan roasted chicken and grilled Verlasso salmon, steak & cheese hand pies, S&B Maryland-style crab cakes, chilled jumbo shrimp cocktail and crabmeat deviled eggs.
“The cocktail program is going to obviously be based on Kentucky’s greatest spirit,” said Martinez. “You can expect some great private
selections and Olé’s interpretation of the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan, among others.”
