Louisville, KY – – July 29th is National Lasagna Day and Birracibo (literally translates into “Beer” and “Food”) is celebrating with a Fund-Raising Spectacle to benefit Stage One, filling your tummy with four of the most delicious Lasagnas known to man. Chef Jenn Jewel present a classic, an original, a KY homegrown, and an International Lasagna to tantalize even the pickiest taste buds.
We will be featuring a classic Italian Lasagna that Chef Jenn will add a twist or two. Our second one will be a Smoked Turkey Hot Brown. Thirdly, we must not forget our vegan friends exploding with veggie goodness. And lastly, we will celebrate another International taste bringing some flavorful flair to the table.
Stage One is our Local Family Theater group that inspires children and develops creative spirit through producing plays, diligent directing, hosting summer camp classes for all ages and more. Birracibo is excited to team up with this organization dedicated to kids – What Kid does not like Lasagna!
