LOUISVILLE, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Louisville-based wealth management firm Hilliard Lyons has again made the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Best Places to Work in Kentucky list in the “large company” category. Headquartered in Louisville, Hilliard Lyons operates out of two dozen offices across the Commonwealth and another 46 offices in 12 other states.

The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management announced this year’s list on January 18. They based their selections on the results of internal employee surveys and on an assessment of each company’s employee policies and procedures. Winners in three categories will be named at an awards dinner in Lexington in mid-April.

The Chamber compiles lists of top companies to work for in Kentucky in three categories: small (15-149 employees), medium (150-499 employees), and large (more than 500 employees). Categories are based on number of U.S. employees, but only Kentucky employees are surveyed in the evaluation process.
