Saturday, Aug. 3 is a date to remember, and not just because it’s MY birthday. I’ll get to this in a moment.
Mai Kungkran Meyers, owner and namesake of Mai’s Thai (1411 E. 10th Street in Jeffersonville) is a beloved Southern Indiana legend, and I speak for many in expressing appreciation that she chose to bring her culinary skills to the Right Bank of the Ohio at a time when global flavor options around here were few in number.
