Melba’s Culinary Canvas hopes for a February opening downtown
Owner Charles Reed explained.
“I’m not trying to hang my hat on a chicken wing or a beer or a brewery or a burger — I’m trying to hang my hat on a full culinary program that offers diversity,” he said. “I’m just trying to do things that are delicious. I just want people to walk out of there and say, ‘that was really good.’”
Three years have passed, and Reed and his restaurant are on the move to the former quarters of Toast on Market (620 E. Market Street in NuLu).
Melba’s Culinary Canvas is moving to 620 E Market Street in Louisville’s NULU neighborhood. Grand opening January 3rd. Please reserve a table and join us for Dinner.
