Mint Jubilee Stage Show a Big Hit

The Mint Jubilee re-established itself among the most-watched Derby Eve parties Friday with an amazing stage show featuring American Idols Jordin Sparks and Kris Allen, along with country star Linda Davis and a band that got more of the 500 people in attendance up on the dance floor.

Matt Battaglia, currently a Hollywood producer and a former U of L All-American football player, addressed the crowd along with brother Chris and Tommy Thieneman, providing assurance that the Brown-Forman-sponsored gala will continue. Here’s some shots from the party:
