North of Bourbon has announced two seasonal offerings, available now.
Meat & Three: It’s a Southern dining tradition where guests select a protein paired with three sides for a fast,filling and affordable meal. North of Bourbon is offering rotating Meat & Three lunches every Friday and Saturday.
Past examples include smothered catfish with Anson Mills grits, blistered heirloom tomatoes, okra gravy, and tobacco onion; another was Stone Cross Farms fried chicken thighs, with creamy mashed potatoes, braised collard greens, and a tangy macaroni salad.
Hot cocktails: It’s warming up outside, but there’s still a nip in the air. Will it snow one more time? r
1-Up – mushroom-infused Elijah Craig, cynar, lemon, demerara syrup
Hot Buttered Rum – Appleton Estate, buttered rum batter, cinnamon
A Broth’s Tale – Auva cachaça, 24-hour beef broth reduction, scallions, pepper, lime
