$100 per person
- Welcome cocktail and samples of three different Buzzard’s Roost whiskeys
- STARTER: Bruschetta, brie, prosciutto, local honey, salt, Marcona almonds
- SALAD: Caesar, romaine, bacon, croutons, parmesan
- ENTREE: Pork chop, prosciutto-wrapped asadero cheese, demi-glace, mashed potatoes, garlic haricots verts
- DESSERT: Cheesecake with bourbon caramel sauce
