Louisville Woman,

Jessica Price,  accused of birthing her baby in the restroom of a Kohl’s department store and disposing of the child in a garbage can was placed under house arrest until her trial. Judge Olu Stevens, a well known Judge in Louisville, granted the bond reduction. Stevens said he allowed the motion because Price is indigent and has no prior criminal history.

Price is now under home incarceration and she will ironically serve it at her parent’s home in Shepherdsville. Judge Stevens also ordered Price to stay away from children, as well as take her prescribed medication and follow up with treatment outside of the jail system.
