WAMZ Brings On Amy Nic as Morning Co-Host

Louisville, KY – iHeartMedia Louisville announced that radio personality Amy Nic has been named its new Morning Show Co-Host for 97.5 WAMZ.

Nic will co-host mornings on WAMZ Morning Show with Chris Randolph weekdays from 5-10:00 a.m. ET. She is a Louisville native, born and bred in the Bluegrass State and graduated from Western Kentucky University.

“This is a dream come true!  I can’t believe it,” said Nic.  “I’m absolutely thrilled to be working for the station I was raised listening to and on top of that I get to be Chris Randolph’s partner – what an honor to be working with such a pro!”

Nic started her career on National Public Radio then moved to the television industry where she worked for WAVE 3 TV. She was also a television host for Shopping Kentuckiana. After several years in TV, she moved to radio and became a radio announcer for 103.1 WRKA and 103.9 WPTI. She was also the traffic reporter for several radio stations including 99.7 WDJX, 102.3 The Max and WDRB Fox 41 TV.
