At Zila Indian Kitchen, we blend traditional Indian flavors with contemporary culinary innovation. Our passion for authentic spices and modern techniques creates an exciting fusion that honors our heritage while embracing bold new directions.
The eatery opened earlier in April at 3733 Lexington Road, adjacent to Coals Artisan Pizza, and as a matter of housekeeping, Zila replaces WNB Factory, which we haven’t gotten around to reflecting (by removal) in F&D’s print listings.

The restaurant follows a quick-service model similar to Shake Shack. The menu features Indian staples such as biryanis, curries and samosas, but its signature offering is the “Naanos” — taco-style sandwiches made with naan bread. Customers can customize each sandwich with a range of proteins, sauces and toppings.
Opening hours are daily, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
