Urban Bourbon Trail® adds airport location, 7 more stops LOUISVILLE, Ky. – To help celebrate National Bourbon Heritage Month, Louisville Tourism has released the annual edition of the Urban Bourbon Trail Passport. Entering its eleventh year, the Urban Bourbon Trail will have 44 bars and restaurants including the first ever stop at the Louisville International Airport.   Joining the roster of Urban Bourbon Trail stops this year are eight (8) new bars and restaurants: Book & Bourbon Southern Kitchen (pre-security at the Louisville International Airport), Blue Horse, Butchertown Grocery, Check’s BBQ & Blues, Coals Artisan Pizza, JB’s Pub, Recbar and Waylon’s Feed & Firewater. The Urban Bourbon Trail is Louisville’s take on a self-guided pub crawl, highlighting the city’s best local Bourbon bars and restaurants in the form of a passport. Participants can start the Trail by picking up a passport at the Louisville Visitor Center at 4th and Jefferson Streets downtown or at any of the participating bars and restaurants. After making a purchase, not required to be alcoholic, a participant receives a stamp in their passport.
